To succeed, you’ll need to be able to:

• Come to work on-time and ready to work
• Work well with a team; willing to work all parts of the line as needed with a good attitude
• Work well in a manufacturing plant environment – loud, active, can be dirty
• Pay attention, focus, and follow directions well
• Lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Communicate effectively in English
• Bonus skills: previous production line work, mechanical knowledge, forklift operation
